FIRMAMENT

'Firmament' looks at ways of enlarging an object to create/ recreate the extreme horizon of a celestial body. On Earth, the horizon divides the land from the sky. Space doesn't have a horizon, as it doesn't have a distinguishable up or down - you are where you are. Calling the edges of these perceived celestial bodies an extreme horizon is probably a mistake - but I find that it grounds the concept and makes it more tangible to us.

This series is title 'The Firmament' which describes a dome that separates the Earthly, from that which exists outside of Earth.
