THE CREATION OF SACRITY

Orbit, Mechanical Moon and Firmament - have, in many ways, solidified my interest in the cosmos throughout this MA course. The big attractor being a sense of scale, created through observation of the circle, or sphere. The celestial sphere - planets, suns, moons - and the microscopic spheres - cells, viruses, bacteria.

I found that it was often hard to distinguish between images of very big things and images of very small things - the extreme range between the telescope and the microscope. I like how the change in perspective creates an enigmatic illusion of size.
